Changes to our product range

Summary

Effective 8^thJuly we’re making rate reductions to our New Business, Existing Customer and Additional Borrowing (ADBO) product ranges as well as changing our end dates, details of which are as follows:

End dates

2 year end dates, moving from 30/09/2027 to 31/10/2027

5 year end dates, moving from 30/09/2030 to 31/10/3030

New Business Rate Changes:

We're making reductions of up to 13bps across various product types, including purchase, remortgage, first-time buyer, shared equity, Buy to Let and Green products.

Submitting business to us

You’ll be able to produce Mortgage Illustrations and submit applications online for existing deals up to 10:30pm on Monday 7th July.

For packaging assistance, please have a look at our Income and Packaging Hub. You can keep up to date with our current service levels here.

If you’re unable to submit an application online due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved over the phone, then you must call the Business Development Team on 0345 026 0008 (Relay UK: 18001 0345 026 0008) by midday on Tuesday 8th July 2025. Requests received after this time will not be considered.

The details we will require are as follows:

· Your details - name, company and postcode

· Customer name

· Product customer is applying for

· Amount of mortgage loan

· Reason - If you have experienced a technical issue a clear description of the problem encountered with error code (if applicable) must be provided

Once you have spoken to the team, please submit the case through our intermediary website.
