How you can help existing mortgage customers

Here are some of the ways we can help you support existing NatWest mortgage customers:

Existing customer support available direct

If your customer wants to make any of the following  changes to their mortgage they’ll need to contact us directly:  

  • Change to their Mortgage Term. 
  • Change to their Repayment Method.
  • Transfer of Title - i.e. adding or removing a party from the mortgage.
  • 'Additional borrowing on a Buy to Let mortgage.

To make any of these changes your customer can call us directly : 0345 302 0190 (Relay UK: 18001 0345 302 0190) Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. 

Payment difficulties

We understand that sometimes people struggle financially. If your customer is worried about paying their mortgage  it’s important they contact us as soon as they can.  

The sooner they talk to us,the sooner we can help and talk to them about the options available.

Customers in vulnerable situations

Customers in vulnerable situations are defined by the FCA as someone who, due to their personal circumstances, is especially susceptible to harm, particularly when a firm is not acting with appropriate levels of care.
