From the broker website home page, within the “What would you like to do” section, select, “Log into Place Business or Track an Application”

Enter your username and password as normal

Select submit – this will take you to your existing recent case home page.

You will now see an icon for Case Tracking.

• Provides summary information of your client's case.
• Track the progress of each case across key milestones.
• Obtain up to date information on the valuation progress.
• Have a list view of cases you have submitted.

Yes  - all cases can be tracked.

If there is a change to the case, for example if a customer has received a mortgage offer, then finds a new property, the Offer Tab will become grey, and assessment and valuation will become Amber - “in progress”. The milestones for that part of the journey will reopen until they have been satisfied.

If you have submitted a case and have received a decision and or mortgage reference number this is confirmation that we have received your submitted case. If you are unable to locate the tracking information, please initially refer to the Pre-Underwriting Service Levels.

Cases that are showing as not started have been received and the assessment tab will update once assessment has commenced.

Following completion cases will remain on the case tracker for 14 days, following this you will no longer be able to view the case tracking information.

Yes - From the broker Website home page, within the “what would you like to do” section, broker admins can select, “Log into place business or Track a mortgage”

Once broker administrators have logged into the broker portal and selected “Existing Case”, they will be directed to a search screen. Enter Surname, Date of Birth, Mortgage Reference Number then select search.

The case tracker information will be displayed

You can provide access to your admin to view a list of your case. Please refer to the training guides for more information on how to do this.

We are keen to understand what is working well and what could be even better. Please pass any feedback to us. We will be working on enhancements to the tracker and will keep you up to date on these.

Product switch cases can also be tracked however, there will be limited information and will be unable to be located using the existing case search function, these will however show within the list view of submitted applications. We will continue to improve this through the coming months.
