Changes to product end dates - 12th February

Effective 12^th February, we’re making changes to our end dates for both New Business and Existing Customer products, details of which are as follows:

End dates

2 year end dates moving from 30^th April 2028 to 31^st May 2028.         

5 year end dates moving from 30^th April 2031 to 31^st May 2031.

Submitting business to us

You’ll be able to produce Mortgage Illustrations and submit applications online for existing deals up to 10:30pm on Wednesday 11^th February.

Existing Customer rates
